At Instant Promotion, we stand behind the quality of our products. Our warranty covers manufacturing defects or issues related to materials or workmanship under normal use. Review the details below to submit a warranty request.

What’s Covered

  • Pro Expo Frames: 5-year warranty. If you experience a manufacturing defect with your Pro Expo frame, we’ll ship you the parts needed for repair; a flat shipping fee of $39 applies per parts order.
  • Trader Series Frames: 2-year warranty. After two years, replacement parts are available for purchase at any time.
  • Canopies & Walls: 2-year warranty covering manufacturer defects.
  • Accessories (e.g., Pro Roller Bags, Wall Storage Bags): 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects. We will repair or replace the accessory one time within the warranty period.

What’s Not Covered

  • Accidental damage to canopies and walls. Please inspect all items upon delivery and report any issues promptly.
  • Weather-related damage, misuse, or improper setup. Tents must be properly secured and maintained at all times.
  • Normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage, or damage occurring outside the stated warranty periods.

Shipping Costs

For frame-part warranty claims, a $39 flat shipping fee is required before replacement items are dispatched.

Our Warranty Specialist will assess the claim and confirm the parts required to get you back up and running. Insufficient information may delay or result in the denial of the claim.

  • Order Number – This helps us verify your purchase.
  • Purchase Date – Required to confirm the warranty coverage period.
  • Description of Damages – Provide details on what is damaged and how the damage occurred.
  • Photo Proof – Clear photos of the damaged product are required for review.
