Return & Replacement Policy

At Instant Promotion, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This policy outlines our guidelines for returns, replacements, and warranty claims. Please review carefully before making your purchase.


1. Standard Return Window

You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition you received it
  • In the original packaging with all components included

To start a return, email us at contact@instantpromotion.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for return. We will provide a return shipping label once approved. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned:

  • Custom or personalized products (including all printed items)
  • Sale or clearance items
  • Gift cards

3. Return Shipping & Restocking Fees

For non-defective returns (buyer’s remorse, incorrect size, compatibility issues), the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund unless otherwise stated. A $29 restocking fee applies if:

  • The item is returned without original packaging
  • The wrong item was ordered due to cross-brand compatibility errors
  • The item appears used and not in new condition, but resaleable

Only one restocking fee will be charged per order.


4. Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. For freight deliveries and large items:

  • Inspect the shipment before signing the carrier’s paperwork
  • Note any visible damage on the delivery receipt
  • Take photos of the packaging and damage
  • Report the issue to us within 48 hours of delivery

5. Replacements & Warranty Defects

If your product arrives defective or develops a manufacturing defect within the warranty period, please contact us at contact@instantpromotion.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos or video evidence

We will repair or replace defective parts at our discretion. Replacement shipping costs will be covered for approved warranty claims. Damage caused by misuse, improper setup, or weather conditions is not covered.


6. Exchanges

We recommend returning your original item (subject to the above terms) and placing a new order for the replacement item. Please note that pricing, promotions, and lead times may vary.


7. International Returns

International customers are responsible for all return shipping costs and any duties or taxes. Duties and taxes paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable.


8. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval or rejection. Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days and applied to your original payment method. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, please contact us.


9. EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If you are located in the EU, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt without giving a reason. This does not apply to custom or personalized items.
