Inflatable Arches are used for a wide range of promotions but are most often used to mark the Start / Finish lines of sports events (walks, 5k runs, marathons, bike races etc). We design and manufacture a wide range of Inflatable Arches from 15ft to 70ft wide! All Arches include unlimited full color custom printing on the front and the back, and they are available in Tethered or Freestanding (T shape feet) style.
Our most popular Arch material is 600D Nylon with full color sublimation printing (see Susan. G Komen image in gallery). This material is durable, waterproof and easy to clean whilst also offering the highest quality print method available; by utilizing dye sublimation printing we'll match your brand Pantone colors to perfection across every square inch of the Arch.
When it comes to inflating our Arches we offer two options - Constant Air and Sealed Air. The Constant Air design features a single layer of custom printed material and an external electric blower is used to continuously pump air into the arch to keep it inflated. Our Sealed Air design has an internal bladder that makes the arch airtight and an electric pump is used to inflate the arch; once inflated you simply close the valve and the arch will stay inflated all day.
Constant Air

Sealed Air
Pros- Stays inflated for up to 24hrs
- Silent operation once inflated
- No power or generator needed
- Heavier due to double layer design
- Harder to repair internal bladder if damaged
- Takes 5-10 minutes longer to inflate

Banner Options Explained
Our pricing includes unlimited full color sublimation printing on both sides of the Arch! We also offer several different options when it comes to removable Sponsor branding, including Hanging Banners that hang from the underside of the Arch and Velcro Banners that attach directly to the Arch.
Hanging Banner Option
If you select the Hanging Banner option we will add metal D rings on the underside of the Arch so that a banner can hang down to display your brand message or event sponsors. The Hanging Banner is available with single or double sided printing, and when you order this option the banner will shipped attached to the Arch.
Sponsor Banner Option
If you select our sponsor banner upgrade we'll add Velcro banner locations in one or more areas of your Arch. Here's an explanation of each option:
Top Banner Set
This option includes (2) banners that attach to the top horizontal tube (front and back). The rest of the Arch can be printed with your permanent branding.
Top & Angle Banner Set
This option includes (6) banners that attach to the top horizontal tube (front and back) and the Angled Sections (left and right, front and back). The rest of the Arch can be printed with your permanent branding.
Top & Vertical Banner Set
This option includes (6) banners that attach to the top horizontal tube (front and back) and the Vertical Legs (left and right, front and back). The rest of the Arch can be printed with your permanent branding.
Complete Banner Set
This option includes (10) banners that attach to the top horizontal tube (front and back), the Angled Sections (left and right, front and back) and also the Vertical Legs (left and right, front and back). Although this doesn't leave any space for direct logo printing, the rest of the Arch can be printed in your brand Pantone colors.

It is highly recommended that you use a vector program such as Adobe Illustrator to setup artwork. This ensures that the designer can view layers and guidelines within the templates for proper artwork placement. Air Options
Sealed AirSealed Air Arches take a few minutes longer to inflate, but feature a very durable, air tight inner tube with a secondary outer layer, meaning that once the Arch has been inflated, it can be left in place all day without the need for a constant air supply.
Constant AirConstant Air Arches can inflate in less than 45 seconds! They require constant power from a 110v power source, and are inflated by a quiet but powerful internal blower.
Material Options
600D NylonA heavy weight material with a matte finish that looks and feels extremely high quality. Still easy to handle and transport, and can be set up by two people. This material does not have a glossy surface so whilst many customers say it looks the best, it is slightly harder to keep clean if used in muddy areas. This material is designed for regular outdoor use. Available in both Sealed Air and Constant Air.
0.45mm TarpaulinA strong, heavy duty 0.45mm PVC tarpaulin. Only available as a Constant Air model, this arch requires a blower to be permanently attached to keep the Arch inflated. It is easy to keep clean, and will stand up to wear and tear. Only available in Constant Air.
0.6mm TarpaulinA very strong, durable heavy weight tarpaulin that is our strongest and most durable material option which is also capable of locking in air once inflated. It is easy to keep clean, and will stand up to wear and tear. High quality expert seam welding created an air tight seal, meaning the arch will remain inflated for over 24hrs!
Arch Options
Tethered Arches require the use of straps & stakes to secure the arch in place, unlike a Freestanding Arch which can stand alone by themselves.
Freestanding Arches stand alone by themselves. It is still recommended to use straps & stakes in high wind conditions.
