From recycled materials to environmentally conscious inks, we are ensuring that our products not only meet the highest standards of quality but also contribute to a healthier planet. RPET – Recycled Polyester
Our RPET (Recycled Polyethylene Terephthalate) is produced by recycling existing polyester materials. These are cleaned, broken down into pellets, and then melted to form a thread, which is woven into brand-new fabrics.
For our branded canopy fabrics and branded table covers, we use a minimum of 95% recycled post-consumer polyester.

By using existing plastic, we are reducing our carbon footprint, as the recycling process for polyester requires less energy than producing new polyester. Additionally, by repurposing materials that would otherwise end up in landfills, we are helping to cut down on greenhouse gas emissions, as well as minimizing microplastics, chemicals, and other harmful substances that can pollute wastewater.
From a customer’s perspective, this means you can enjoy the same high-quality, commercial-grade, heavy-duty fabrics you’ve come to expect—but with a much smaller impact on the planet!
Eco-Friendly Inks
We use premium-quality Italian inks for our sublimation printing, which are water-based and free from harmful chemicals such as alkylphenolethoxylates (APEs). These inks also incorporate Nanodot Technology, ensuring an even, precise print quality while reducing emissions during the printing process. They fully comply with the European EC Directive 2003/53/CE, underscoring our commitment to environmentally responsible manufacturing.
Moreover, these inks are free from animal products and are not tested on animals, making them a vegan-friendly alternative to other inks that may contain animal fats or shellac.

The Pro Expo series sets the standard for heavy duty, professional tent frames. Gone are the days of buying a new tent every few months - the Pro Expo is built from the finest aluminum components and stands on ultra strong 2" hex legs. With five height positions the Pro Expo boasts a maximum walk-in height of over 7ft. The Pro Expo frame is designed to withstand years of regular use in a wide range of environments.

Please note: Production lead times start from the point of Print Proof Approval. Where proofs are approved after 12pm the production lead time will start on the next business day. Also please be aware Production Times do not begin from the time of order, they only begin once Print Proofs have been Approved.
AFTER ORDERING
Once we receive your order, our design team will get to work looking over the submitted artwork to edit or prepare proofs for your approval. At such time, you will receive an email with a link to the final print proofs for your approval (Use desktop computer when approving proofs). Please be sure to download all files and view using a PDF viewer to ensure proper color appearance. Once you are done reviewing the final proofs, please return back to your browser and read directions carefully to approve your proofs. Production time doesn't begin at the time of purchase, but will begin once print proofs are approved.
COLOR & GRAPHICS
It highly recommended that you submit artwork that is prepared in Solid Coated Pantone colors. Using Pantone colors allows us to precisely match your brand colors accurately and maintain color consistency when printing. If you submit artwork in CMYK, our designers will use a graphics software to convert such colors into the closest matching Pantone. If artwork contains gradients or raster (Pixel Based) artwork, then these files will be printed in CMYK where we cannot guarantee color accuracy. Please be sure to visit our Color Guide page for more information about our printing process, artwork requirements and color theory.
Please download a PDF artwork template below, complete your design, and upload the finished template when placing your order. - All text and strokes to be outlined
- All images to be embedded
- Any pixel-based artwork must be a minimum of 100dpi
- Keep all important graphics inside the safe visible area marked on the template
